Orders & Shipping

  • How long will my order take to arrive?

    Option 1 – Door to door delivery in 2-3 workings @ R100

    Option 2 – Free collection outside the swap shop every Monday morning @ 7am.

  • Which Payment Methods are available?

    All payments are made through PayFast which is 3D secure. Visa, EFT, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay.

Returns & Refunds

  • Will you exchange or refund a product?

    We will exchange or refund a product when:

    • There is valid proof or purchase.
    • It is within 1 week of the original purchase date.
    • It is in original packaging / condition and the product is unworn, unwashed and unused.
    • Will you replace a defective product?

      We will replace a defective product provided that:

      • There is a valid proof of purchase.
      • It is within 1 week of the original purchase date.
      • Product is defective to manufacturer workmanship.

    Laundry Care

    • How do I care for the products?

      Please ensure all washing instructions are followed closely. Garments won’t be returnable if instructions aren’t followed.

    • How do I get a copy of my invoice?

      In the top right menu, click on my account, then click on orders. Next to each order will be a download invoice button.
